I bought this for my friend off her wedding registry, it came in a box that was about 2 feet long so I was very concerned I accidently bought her a novelty rolling pin instead of an actual one. But upon opening the package I found it was just very well secured inside of a box with lots of paper so the marble didn't break or anything. A box in a box wrapped in paper in a box. It is much heavier than I expected it to be, so definitely don't drop this one on your toes. It's just a rolling pin, and it comes with a wooden stand, I assume it acts as a rolling pin I didn't really test it out as it's a wedding present.
