How to use

1. Please wipe the wall with a rag or sandpaper, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Then measure and draw an area with the pencil. |
2. Cut both ends of the molding trim into 45° according to the measured size. |
3. Peel off the adhesive backing and stick it onto the smooth corner you need. Before sticking, use a hair dryer to preheat the tape to get better effect. |
4. Please wait patiently for 24 hours to complete the final decoration work. |

There’s one big flaw
Installed this as trim around two basic contractors grade mirrors to spruce up some bathrooms. The installation was ok and the adhesive had just the right amount of give to make some adjustments by quickly pulling it back. Then, after a few seconds, it would become immovable. That said, there is one major complaint I have. The black coloring is only applied to the three sides facing out. The back of the trim, as well as the inside, is white. Because it’s being installed on the mirror, you can see the reflection of the white back if looking at the correct angle. The white of the inside also shows through on the 45° cuts. To hide this as much as possible, I took an industrial-strength, black permanent marker and colored over anything that was white. This included the angles after I cut each strip to size. it was kind of a pain in the butt and took me more than an hour to do but it was well worth the time and effort. You also want to make sure you have the right tools. A brand new blade on your utility knife and the framing square are what are used to make my 45° cuts.Pros:- This is a cost-effective way to spruce up any space with a plain mirror- The adhesive is fantastic.Cons:- The trim is not a solid color which introduces more noticeable joints in the more visible backing.- Additional time is required to color the back of the trim as well as the angles, a solid black so they are less visible.- Great attention to detail is required to make sure the white inside is not visible from the back or cuts.Would I recommend it to a friend? - Yes, but I would warn them about the additional work required to make it look its best.

The adhesive is super sticky! No need to use a nail gun at all. It worked best to have one person lining up the molding, peeling off the sticky cover, and presumably it down, while the other person kept the other end taut.
