    I loved this organizer after searching for one for pots and pans. What I liked about this one before receiving was it looked sturdy. Which after putting together it is. Only rated 4 stars because it did not come with instructions. I had to look at the product pictures before figuring out how to put together. Bottom shelves, go on upside down, but first you must remove the plastic pieces to insert and then reinsert before attempting to put this together to set up. And then put the plastic small squares under Heather to help stabilize.

    It did take a minute to figure out the assembly for my purpose (standing upright like the picture, not the lid holder laying down). Just pop one set of the end grommets off and check the little bag with the extras, and you'll see how it assembles. It sits sturdy and flat and I have all my pots on it now with no flex or bending. People were saying it was an odd design, or that it was peculiar, but it's really quite straight forward and solid. I'm wondering if there was a newer design that addressed problems with an older model?

    Update: seller had great customer service and issued a refund for the product. Made the whole process quick and easy. Would definitely order from them again.
    The idea was good but was missing parts when I received it, so it wouldn’t stand on its own. Would tip over if I took a pan off of it.
    I ended up turning it sideways and using it like that. So it worked just not the way it was intended.
