My Entire Character Melted in This Dress
It's genuinely the cutest, most happiest shade of yellow I've ever set my eyes upon. It brightens the room and resembles everything lovely and warm in this world. It makes me feel giddy and ecstatic when looking in the mirror. Not joking when I say the color alone was enough to make me adore this dress, but it doesn't even end there!Oftentimes the length of a dress is too short for my long legs, but that wasn't the case with this one. I'm 5'7 and the skirt ended just at my knees, the exact length I like it. In fact, everything from the skirt to the bodice and the sleeves was perfect in size.As for quality, the dress is very silky and light without coming off as cheap or thin, making it perfect for warm weather. It has a yellow skirt liner and deep pockets -- pockets large enough to hold my phone. I live in Arizona so I was very pleased with the cool material.I could not be any more happy with a dress. I'm not even a dress type of gal (more like cargo pants and combat boots.) I only got it because I'm attending an upcoming wedding and need something nice to wear. But honestly, if I were to start wearing dresses more often, it would be because of this dress here. I absolutely adore everything about this product!10/10 Would buy again!

    I thought this dress looked so charming that I couldn't resist. I rarely go for yellow clothing- I tend to look sick in this color but this darker almost mustard yellow works. The material is soft and silky- much nicer than expected. The dress is well made and lined. There is a zipper on the left side which I had a lot of trouble with which was annoying. I will need help getting this dress on which is why it lost a star. Not sure if this is a design issue or if it's just on my dress. The 50's style is very romantic. If you have any concerns about sizing- then I would suggest sizing up.

    I ordered this Belle Poque Square Neck Sundress for Women A Line Midi Dress Summer Cocktail Tea Party Dress for the coming spring; I love the vintage look, especially the floral print and wide inset waistband.

    This dress is made from 95% polyester/5% elastane; it has a full lining (except for the smocked back bodice) of 98% polyester/2% viscose. The lining fabric is smooth, light, and slightly translucent; you can see you hand underneath it when testing it in bright light but when combined with the dress, both layers together are opaque. The dress fabric is also lightweight, it is slightly sheer on its own, and it is not stretchy, though the back smocked bodice is quite stretchy.

    I’m short, 5’2”, and this dress hits just below my knees; I wouldn’t call it a midi dress, though the sales page does. I have an hourglass figure, bigger up top as I’m a little busty. I usually wear a M tee and L button down shirt, a 6 in jeans and a S/M in skirts/leggings. I ordered a size L after reading the size chart, and it fit like a glove. This dress is incredibly figure flattering to me; the wide, inset belt shows my waist nicely and the smocked bodice fit my curvy bust well without being too revealing.

    Given that I usually wear a smaller size in the waist, if you usually wear a size L in pants/skirts, you might order up a size. The L fit my waist perfectly, and I don’t usually wear a L in the waist/hips. Also, the bodice fit beautifully, but it took a little wiggle to get the dress back off over my chest.

    I like the deep, squared neckline; the depth is elongating for my neck, and it doesn’t show my cleavage. The bodice has four decorative, round buttons, covered in the same fabric. The straps are wide enough to cover my bra straps, there are two buttonholes on each strap, so you can adjust the strap length up or down. I chose the pink floral design; the pattern is attractive, with pink wildflowers and greenery scattered across a white background.

    The dress is very cute, with a light, flowy A-line skirt. It looks great solo, and cute under a cardigan. I love the pockets; very convenient.

    This dress has an old school, sweetly romantic, vintage feel. It reminds me of 1950s sundresses, it also reminds me a little bit of 1970-80s Gunne Sax dresses; it doesn't have the satin and lace trimmings, but the floral pattern, low scooped bodice, and wide waistband are evocative of the style. There’s definitely a vintage inspired feel to this dress, it’s a pretty, lightweight sundress for spring.

    I got the XXL size, and after putting it on, I found that it was way too small. And no, the bust is not huge either so that is not a factor. I would guess that the XXL is sized closer to a large in size.. or 2 sizes too small..

    I did notice a couple of loose threads that were easy to cut off, but that was only in one area.

    As for quality, I would say that it was well made . Not see through at all.. I would give quality and comfort, if it fit right, 5 stars

    This dress is actually quite soft and silky which I didn’t expect but I appreciate. The sizing is exactly as described and the dress is flattering. The straps can be adjusted with buttons that are beautifully hidden. Overall I am very pleased. The material might catch on rough surfaces so just be careful but otherwise beautiful and well made.

    The Center back is smocked for the perfect fit, and the straps have buttons so you can adjust those as well.
    There is an under arm zipper to make it easy to put on. I was so excited to try it I didn't even realize the zipper was there and pulled it on right over my head! The zipper would be great if you already had your hair and makeup done! (Insert sheepish grin here lol)
    The sundress is fully lined and nice and lightweight. The skirt is full and flirty.
    Did I mention that it has pockets? I am a sucker for pockets and this dress has two nice deep side seam pockets! You won't have to worry about your phone, falling out onto the floor when you sit down!
    I love the sweet baby blue color, and can't wait to wear it with a cropped denim jacket this spring!
    The dress has a great retro vintage feel.
    If you only buy one new sundress this summer, you can't go wrong with this one!
