Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, riboflavin, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Manganese, Sodium, Potassium, Maltodextrin, Lonicera japonica, forsythia suspensa, schizonepeta tenuifolia, ginger, vitex trifolia, isatis tinctoria, echinacea purpurea, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-glutamine, citric acid, sorbitol, natural and artificial flavor, silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, acesulfame potassium, sucralose

Directions

Drop one tablet in 4-6 fl. oz. of water, let dissolve (about 1 minute) and drink. May be used in hot or cold water. Children 12-13 years old, repeat every 3-4 hours as necessary, up to 2 times per day; no more than 2 tablets. Adults 14 years and older, repeat every 3-4 hours as necessary, up to 3 times per day; no more than 3 tablets.

I actually didn't buy these for the immunity effect, but instead for the exact vitamins I've been looking for without the ones I don't need (I don't need B vitamins, Biotin, etc.). That being said, the last few times I've gotten a cold (maybe twice in the past few years that I've been taking these)...the cold was very mild and passed quickly so I do feel that they indeed help with immunity some. The taste of both flavors is good although I prefer the berry flavor. Please don't stop making these, Airborne!
