Just buy it! This band has never failed me. I’m 5’4 and weigh 155lbs and got a size XL. I had looked at soo many brands that were more expensive so I didn’t know if this would be the best choice but it’s great! It’s so soft and I got out right out of the package and threw it on. The wrinkle resistance is great! The sleeve length is perfect as well as the shirt length. I’m not big on crop shirts unless it’s a tank. I got the color white and layer it under vests, tracksuit jacket & so much more. It is warm but as I said, I do wear it under items. It is also light enough to wear into spring!

I will say there can be static, I used some static guard and I dryer sheet so it didn't make my whole load full of static.
