Didn't fit
The shoes arrived on time & appear to be in "new" condition. One shoe was previously tried on by another customer (not a biggie); but the box was very beaten up & torn in several places, because it was shipped in a loose-fitting plastic bag. I don't understand why these boxes can't be shipped either in another box, or wrapped tightly enough that the driver/delivery person can stack them in the truck, so they don't get tossed around & beaten up. Aside from the condition of the box, the shoes were in "new" condition - but they didn't fit Mom's feet, so we need to send them back & try another size.

They ended up fitting her perfectly & she says they are super comfy to wear when she's out & about for multiple hours. Pretty sure when these start to wear I'll just get her the exact same pair again. Maybe a new Christmas tradition??
