Piece of junk. Got the 1st one, It was dented and missing a screw. Returned it. Got the 2nd one and the same screw is missing. And the lid doesn't close properly. Save your time and buy something else.

Upon attempting to do so, there were zero in stock. I ordered the same item from the overseas site, paid much more due to shipping, etc. & received it within a short period. I am satisfied with the end result; although, dissatisfied with the overall price.

    I loved it, the solid mechanism and great design, however now it broke first, the connection inside to the foot stepon, then the plastic ring inside and a spring came off. How long are these can expected to function? I will buy a new one and give it another chance because I like the looks of it.

    The quality seemed to be good until I noticed that the "PUSH" lid or "KICK" rather, was bent in on one side and unable to be bent back into place. This makes it sit not flush on the bent sent and looks a little janky. I do however like the stylish overall look of the can. The kick pedal feels solid and hopefully will withstand year after year of our kids stepping on it.

    I love the look of this trash can but it's totally impractical. Unless I missed it in the description, they don't tell you that you have to lift the red part of the trash can to change the trash bag which is a pain. There is also a handle that lays in the inner part of the trash can (where you put the bag) which makes it very difficult to get a full trash bag out. It can be very frustrating. Would not purchase again.

    These cans look pretty but the plastic parts are very brittle and will break with normal use. Also the metal opening has a razor sharp edge that can cut little hands once the gasket covering falls off.
    Very bad support from Wesco. They want insane $$$ to send you a $2 plastic part from Germany. I would expect much more for such an expensive product. Sadly I'm now stuck with a nice looking $300 useless piece of trash.

    Wir haben den Wesco Kickboy als Weihnachtsgeschenk für unsere Tochter gekauft und sind absolut zufrieden. Grundsolide und optisch ein echter Hingucker. Nun kann man ja sicherlich durchaus unterschiedlicher Meinung sein, ob ein Abfallbehälter gut aussehen soll, oder ob ein einfaches Plastikteil nicht auch ausreichen würde. Da sich mittlerweile in vielen Neubauten die Küche mit im Wohnzimmer befindet, bekommt der optische Effekt sicherlich mehr Bedeutung als vor einigen Jahren.
    Gut, wie bereits beschrieben, Optik stimmt! Nicht ganz unwichtig, funktioniert er auch ?

    Mittels der Fußtaste öffnet sich die Klappe leicht und ausreichend weit, um den Abfall schnell zu entsorgen. Im Gegensatz zu den Push Boy Modellen, wird die Klappe nicht berührt und bleibt entsprechend auch sauberer. Das zum entleeren das Oberteil, welches nicht aus Plastik ist, komplett abgehoben werden muss, mag dem einen oder anderen vielleicht etwas stören. Wir bzw. unsere Tochter hat damit kein Problem, zumal eine Reinigung des Abfallbehälters als auch der schönen Hülle dadurch sehr leicht möglich ist.
