My teen uses this as a second screen on his gaming laptop and loves it. Nice picture and not too hard to setup.

Sharp Crisp Display
The RFGOUPY 15.6-inch screen worked very well for my needs. In the box you get several cables with the screen and its magnetic case. It also comes with a USB power supply in case your computer cannot power it. I found all I needed to make the display work with my laptop was the single USB-C cable. Setting up the display was easy. The hardest part was figuring out how to stand it up. I had taken it out of the box without paying attention to which way the case went on the display. The included booklet came in very handy to help me reposition it. So, you will want to hang on to the booklet. Using the single USB-C cable, I plugged the monitor into my laptop. On the right side of the monitor this just required me to plug the cable into the center plug connector. The other end went into my laptop’s USB connector as well. On the left side of the monitor is a power switch and feature selection switch. The feature select switch works by pressing it in towards the monitor momentarily. This will bring up the feature menu on the screen. Once the menu is displayed, you can raise or lower the same switch to select an item on the menu. It was quite easy to use. All I had to adjust was the brightness of the display because I was going to be using it outside. After you make your selections, the menu will disappear after a few seconds of non-use. The other plugs on the side of the display are used if your computer cannot power the display from the single USB cable. If this is the case the booklet shows the combination of cables you need to use to get the display to work. When using the USB-C cable I did not need to install any drivers. I found the display to be sharp and crisp. I included a close up of the screen so you can see how the display resolution looks and how the brightness looks outdoors. Using this on a covered open-air patio was not an issue for me, even on a bright sunny day. In fact, I found the display to be brighter than what my laptop screen was capable of. As a test I used the display for an entire afternoon connected to my laptop. During that entire time, it was powered from the laptop itself with the laptop being on battery only. There was no excessive power drain on my laptop, and I had plenty of power in reserve. So, I was able to work outside for about 4 hours. This display makes a nice companion to any laptop or where you need a secondary screen for expanded display space.
