TAKE IODINE!
I don’t can’ care who you are, take iodine! There is absolutely none in our diets unless we eat fish 3x a week or eat seaweed on a regular basis. It’s not prevalent in our diet and I feel like what’s going on is a HUGE DEFICIENCY at least in the United States. Iodine is absolutely a game changer for men and women. This isn’t a new and out of nowhere miracle snake oil. Men and women both can regulate and support changes and everyday functions in your body.

This is a vital nutrient that is CRUCIAL to our health. I feel like because we don’t have enough in our diet, we’re running on empty and other chemicals bond with those receptors that are meant for iodine to compensate/fill the void. Bromine and flouride both (and other chemicals) will be used in place of iodine. Disrupting your hormonal balance. Extended hormonal imbalances lead to multipe different types of cancer in men and women.
It is not an option to not have vs iodine in your diet. Your life will never be the same after you start getting truly regulated.
If you ask your doctor to recommend something for a hormonal imbalance , and they tell you diet and exercise… they are partially correct with diet. But exercise will in no way generate iodine production. It is an IODINE DEFICIENCY!
It is priceless, and crucial for human function. This is not an option.
