- Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2022Edition: carrort toyVerified PurchasePurchased for 11 month old. She loved them but needed supervision. A few of the carrots are small (about 1.5 inches x 1/3 inch I’d say) so was concerned about choking. She does try to put them in her mouth. Additionally hand coordination is not so good at this age but that’s how we improve. . She is now 14 months and still loves playing with it. Defiantly grows with the child. Perfect for counting, sorting, size recognition and hand dexterity. Paint is very sturdy and has not come off anywhere. Wood block is sturdy and smooth to touch. We play with these constantly. I HIGHLY recommend this product with the understanding that you need to supervise infants and toddlers .

This toy is great for keeping our 6 month old busy. She will pull the carrots out and do this a few times before she becomes bored. I do sit with her because she likes to throw it down (so far it has held up quite well to her abuse!). I hope to stock the house full of busy toys to minimize screen time. This would be a great baby shower gift because this is something not a lot of people gift.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2020Edition: carrort toyVerified PurchaseLove this! The day I open this for my son, who was 10 months, he played with this for almost an hour exclusively. He still loves taking out the carrots and putting them back into the holes, and of course throwing the carrots all around the house. As long as you don’t mind finding carrots all over the place, this is a fantastic toy. I love that they are made of wood and that they look so realistic – – perfect to transition into a future play kitchen when baby gets older. They feel high quality. I’m so happy I found this fun toy!
- Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2021Edition: carrort toyVerified PurchaseBaby loves this. Bought it around 6 months and thought it would be too challenging, but at first babies will have fun pulling the carrots out. It helps develop the pinching grip. (or at least that's the goal. My child is developing her ability to be a bunny and grab the green leaves with her teeth, but at least she's having fun. And it's cute when she crawls off with her carrots.) She also enjoys banging them together to make noise.
As an adult, the puzzle itself is kind of fun to put back together. (I'll take what I can get these days.)
I wasn't expecting much from this and have been pleasantly surprised. It's a great toy and I'd get it as a gift for others, especially around 6 months.

Once received the green felt bits were fairly crumpled and creased, so they didn’t look as bushy and fluffy as pictured. Still cute and perfect for a baby Easter basket and developmental appropriate toy.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2020Edition: carrort toyVerified PurchaseWe love these carrots! I bought this when my son was 7 months old (he's 10 months now) and he has loved them! He still can't put them in the correct holes but he has started putting the smallest one in the biggest hole, so that's a start. He mainly likes to pull them out of the holes as fast as I out them back in. I was really concerned about the sturdiness of the felt on the tops as my little one had just started teething and I was afraid once he had teeth he would tear them. Let me tell you... (This is where you'll judge my parenting-go ahead because I hope this will give someone ease of mind when buying this product) He has 6 teeth and he has tried his best to tear the tops off and you could never tell. He chews on the carrots a lot and there is not even a flake of the coating flaked off. This has been such a great toy for him to grow into and we still have a lot more to learn with it.
