Great neck support and adjustability
This item arrived very compressed with vacuum sealing and I was skeptical about how it would expand. But, it expanded quickly and completely! Zipper allows the cover to be removed and washed. There is a covering for the velcro so when you store it in the included bag, it will not stick to itself. Was worried at first when I went to try on the pillow as I didn't realize it had the velcro cover and questioned why it wasn't sticking together! Takes a little compressing to fit back in its bag but its a nice addition to keep pillow clean; especially the light pink color! Haven't taken it on a trip yet, but hopefully it will keep my neck from getting stiff even if I can't sleep well on a plane. Pillow contours fit well against my neck

    Of course I ordered long before my trip, so return date has passed, which is too bad. The Velcro to hold pillow together is old or not put on properly. After a 21 hour flight, I had a severe neck ache, and stiffness due to pillow opening and losing the needed support and that the neck ache that could only be worked out with heat and movement. Very displeased with false advertising, or maybe I just received one that does not work. IDK?

    The Wander Plus Travel Neck Pillow has some good qualities, like the memory foam that provides nice support around the neck. The grey color and design are stylish, and it feels soft to the touch. It’s also easy to carry with me while traveling.

    However, the comfort level fell a little short of my expectations. The memory foam is a bit firmer than I’d like, and after a couple of hours on the plane, I started to feel some discomfort. It also didn’t prevent my head from tilting as much as I’d hoped, so I still found myself waking up with a stiff neck. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of overall comfort and support.
