Check the outlet space you want to install.
I wanted to use it in the washroom, but the length didn't fit the wall of the outlet. The bottom part of my outlet is only 1.5 inches long and this item was too long and would get caught on the ledge at the bottom and not fit properly. At a minimum, it should be at least 2 inches long space below the outlet. But it's perfect for my living room. It should be tightened using the central screw. Otherwise, the weight of the plug will cause the adapter to fall.
