- Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2025Style: XL Seal of ApprovalVerified PurchaseI was leery about ordering this one but I am glad I did. I like the fact that it actually cuts. The cuts are precise without leaving trails of paper hanging. Don’t waste your money on the circle one, it did not cut This cuts a scalloped circle. It is perfect for my needs. Right now I use it for scrapbooking, but I have future plans for it. I have searched the Internet and the price on Amazon was a good price. I am enjoying this squeeze punch.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2025Style: 2" CircleVerified PurchaseVery disappointed in this Fiskars product. I did not use it for quite awhile after I purchased it. (My bad!) When I finally did, I found that one side of the circle was so dull that it would not cut through lightweight cardstock. Had I tried it out before the return window had closed, I definitely would have returned it. Instead, I threw it in the trash. Quite a waste of $20.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 21, 2024Style: XL Oak LeafVerified PurchaseI've used it before reviewing and they work great producing well defined shapes. They work best on light to medium weight cardstock. The ergonomic design makes the cutting easier; much better than others. It is of very good quality and a good investment. However, keep in mind storage space depending on the sizes if thinking of collecting.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2017Style: XL HeartVerified PurchaseCouldn't find these at Michael's so I had to go on Amazon. They're great! Really easy and smooth to use. We were even able to put multiple card stock in the scissor and cut several hearts at once. I used them to cut a bunch of hearts out of cardstock that I put on bbq skewers and lined my wedding aisle with. Great for heavier stiffer cardstock, I believe I used 80 lb. cardstock which was perfect, but I don't think it would work as well on soft paper like construction paper or harder stuff like cardboard. I feel the paper would just fold under the pressure of the scissor and the cardboard would be too hard for the scissor to penetrate. Also, it's easier and more efficient if you pre-cut your cardstock into strips that are about the height of the heart scissors so you can just go along each strip and cut the hearts. Then you're not having to deal with and maneuver a full size cardstock.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2014Style: 2" CircleVerified PurchaseI bought this after seeing it used on a website to make Christmas tree ornaments from old greeting cards. Though you are limited to one task and one size per tool, the Fiskars name does mean quality. I was amazed at the ease of using the tool. The squeeze handle is not difficult at all and I can see why it is award winning - those with arthritis will have no trouble using it.
It does seem a bit big and clunky at first, but you will appreciate that when you start crafting. You can easily see the punch before making it, so you know exactly where the pattern on the paper will be and you can make adjustments. And the punched circle pops out on its own with a clean cut every time. I punched about sixty circles the first try and not one got stuck or jammed, and there were clean and precises edges every time.
I love the accuracy and ease and will definitely be investing in other different sized punches that are available. I would highly recommend this for classrooms or for others who do paper crafts.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2019Style: 2" CircleVerified PurchaseThis is a great 2" circle cutter. I have used it for cardstock and for a medium weight printer paper. I have not tried it on tissue paper- and I feel it wouldn't be suitable for that. My dc tried sticking a Kleenex in it to cut it and it made a big mess, so no soft papers. lol Its easy enough to squeeze for an average person, and I prepped my lesson plan and had quite a few circles to cut but it wasn't too terrible of an effort. Like I said, my child used it and so hand size and strength would be fine for most ages and abilities. :) I love that it is open faced to see exactly where you would want to trim your paper. It is sturdy design so I feel it will last a long time with the proper care and storage! :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Love this product
Style: 2" CircleVerified PurchaseI finally got smart after so many crappy recollection punches ( some were flawed on the first punch, and if they did work, it wasn’t for long) and gave the fiskars a try. I wasn’t expecting much with my “punch history”, but was I ever delighted. I recently just bought another and will continue with this brand. My headaches are gone. 🌞
Well I sure take back this comment. Just out of the blue it stopped punching. So now I’m stuck with an expensive whole punch, and am unable to get a refund. The sad part is, as I need this punch to do what I do, so I have to buy a new one.....and take the chance again. totally not right, I could see if it were just 5 bucks or something then I wouldn’t mind so much. The people who make the punches, at these ridiculous prices, should at least get it right. I am not the first one that has had to deal with this problem.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect punch.
Style: XL HeartVerified PurchaseI already had an irregular heart punch, but wanted this one too. It’s a good size, and the price was reduced, so I think I’ve done well.
