Easy set up and has built-in streaming devise
I am older and not technically savvy but it was so easy to set up that I was able to do it on my own. I stream through my TV so I bought a long distance indoor antenna where I was able to set up the channels when initially setting up the T.V. The set up gave you step by step instructions. I just had to know my wifi password and special channel passwords. I have prime video which automatically set up since I have an account. They do send you codes and have to go to internet sites, which having my smart phone was very convenient during the set up process. It just took about 30 mins + for the initially programing since I had my passwords and smart phone immediately available to use during the set up process. The remote is very nice and using the voice command feature is great. In order to switch to broadcast TV you have to use the channel guide option, and pick the station from there. Otherwise, the home screen is automatically set to your streaming channels.I bought the 32 inch for my smaller spare bedroom, which is the perfect size. My only complaint is that the legs are far apart so you either need a long piece of furniture, a TV stand or hang it. I opted for the TV stand for closer viewing while being space saving.

My previous TV, a flat-screen gifted to me in 2011, already ready to go, died last week. All of my adult life I have made do with hand-me-down or used TVs/monitors.

My dead TV was set up in my office so I could watch TV while working on the computer. I fed the TV with a laptop, via HDMI. I had previously poured a giant glass of ice-water on the laptop so the screen doesn't work very well, which made it perfect for feeding the TV.

I have large VOD libraries on both Prime Video and Vudu, so when looking at the Smart TV options, access to Vudu is important to me. So I originally decided against this TV because it's an Amazon Fire TV, and my Fire Tablet, (that I use to watch TV/movies in bed), doesn't allow me to put Vudu on it.

But when looking at all of the options, this one was the right size, and it does have HDMI inputs, so I could still feed it with my broken laptop, so it was the obvious choice, with the great sale price.

I searched the apps and found that Vudu was an option. I also downloaded Peacock, Paramount+, Movies Anywhere, Tubi, Plex, Crackle, MSNBC, The CW, ABC, NBC, CBS, and YouTube. Signing into to each of them on my computer and using codes worked really well. So the only thing I had to actually type my password into using the remote was my Wifi. It all works great, and switching to the HDMI input is easy, if I ever want or need to do that. Like if I ever want to watch something I only have on DVD or Blu Ray.

I will add Disney+, Hulu and Netflix when the WGA writer's strike is over and I resubscribe to them.

I don't know if my previous TV was HD, but when I've visited my parents when they've played Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and other things in HD on their HD TV and it has all looked gross. The Battle of Helms Deep was a bunch of amorphous clay blobs, and the Death Star was a bunch of dudes in bad costumes hanging out. I don't know if that was the motion smoothing thing that Tom Cruise was mad about a few years back, Either way, I've seen none of that gross stuff.

I've watch a little of the new Children of the Corn, several episodes of Stargate Atlantis, a little of Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull and Jurassic Park, and it all looks good. If I look closely I can see what I'm guessing is filmgrain, but the picture is clear.

I recently watched an episode of Snoops (1999) that was uploaded to YouTube from probably VHS. There's a brief scene that features Dick Miller. I posted a screenshot to Twitter, but anyone who looked at that pic has to more or less take my word for it that it is indeed Dick Miller. But on this TV I could make guesses about the shade of lipstick worn by Teyla Emmagan, if I knew anything about lipstick.

This is all to let you know my level of knowledge so you can judge how my level of happiness would measure up to your level of happiness.

My only other observation in the few hours I've had this, is that the TV stands are at the outer edges of the TV. My previous TV had a big center stand, when meant I could perch it fairly near the edge of the table next to my desk, at a 45 degree angle (ish). So with the stands at the edges, I've had to push the TV farther back, and put sturdy things under the stands to give the TV better purchase on the table. Which is to say, you really need enough table under the entire TV to support it.

I saw a review that said their TV didn't come with the screws for the stands. Mine did. They were in a separate small bad, the same way the remote batteries were in a separate bag.

So far the TV seems absolutely great.

A smart upgrade for any room
My television stopped working and I needed a replacement one until I can catch a sale for a bigger one. After discovering this INSIGNIA smart Fire TV that was on sale, I decided to try it out. I always wanted a TV that would work with Alexa so I could easily control it with my voice. I had no problem setting up the TV, but the update took a while. As soon as all the updates were completed, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the picture and sound. Additionally, the Fire TV's built-in streaming services make it easy to access my favorite streaming services and navigate the system using Alexa Voice Remote. Despite its small size, it is a fantastic addition to any room. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this smart TV, which delivers both quality and functionality in the perfect size.

I purchased the INSIGNIA Fire TV 32" Class F20 Series (newest model) Smart HD TV with Alexa Voice Remote for my 3 and 4-year-olds, and it’s been the perfect fit for their room.
-The picture quality is clear, so they don’t have to sit too close to the screen, and the overall size works well in a smaller space.
-I love the built-in Fire TV features that help with quick access to apps, games, and streaming services, and the Alexa Voice Remote makes it convenient to navigate.
-The packaging was also impressive. It arrives in a box that contains a large, grocery-style bag with two handles (I almost missed the second one so FOREWARNING), but it helps make it easy to lift the TV out of the box.
-The setup took me less than five minutes; the instructions were straightforward, and the TV was ready to go immediately after plugging in and connecting to Wi-Fi.
Overall, I’m happy with this purchase. It’s a budget-friendly, feature-rich option for families with young kids, and I’d definitely recommend it.

It's hard to get a TV wrong, so long as it serves its purpose. This TV has proven durable and sturdy and has, thus far, withstood teenage use. That's hard to do without getting battered with wear and tear on screen or body. No damage so far. Easy, easy to use - you don't have to be techy to operate. Picture is crisp and clear, bright color with an ergonomic in design. Sounds is as one would expect.

The picture quality of this television is quite good. I didn’t know what to expect with a 760 dpi versus 1040 dpi. This is absolutely great at the 760. One thing that was unexpected is the sound quality. The speakers are wonderful and have some good base as well as treble. My only complaint is that when you put the television on pause on any of the streaming devices or applications on the smart TV, it times out much too fast. I placed it on pause and then walk out of the room for a drink of water or to go to the bathroom, I come back in the television is off, not just on pause. You have to reload whatever it was you were watching. That really bothers me. I can forgive that because of the fact that the picture is so good and I love the smart TV aspect. The remote is basic, but that’s OK with me. I kind of don’t like how many clicks you have to make to enable the cable box in the programming. It seems to work OK with my Cable provider, it’s just takes about 5 to 10 seconds to pull up the cable channels. I love being able to instantly call Netflix and Prime Video from the remote without having to turn the television on and then select it through the list of applications. Television is a nice weight so that I could take delivery of the TV from my porch and place it up on my shelves single-handedly, but it is a nice enough weight to seem stable as long as we don’t have an earthquake! I’m thoroughly happy with this purchase, particularly the price for the quality.
