These are a modest quality, thinner cotton towel. I bought them for my granddaughter who LOVES this light “girly girl” pink for her bathroom. She isn’t old enough to be picky about thickness & they are a manageable weight & size for her to get out of the bath & independently dry herself & wrap her hair up. They wash up nicely, have hemmed edges should last a few years. Yes, like others have said, the first wash results in tons of lint but I washed them alone the first time so it wasn’t an issue.
