They are supposed to be scented but I would say the scent is more so faint, I have to put my nose pretty close to notice any smell. I got these candles strictly for decor so I don’t plan on lighting them, therefore I can’t really speak on how long they last once lit. And also maybe the smell is more so noticeable once lit? Overall, these candles have served their purpose and I have no complaints regarding their quality. However, the shipping took a lot longer than anticipated which is why I took off one star.

These are candles that fill the room with scent without being lit. Light 'em and the scent can get pretty strong. They look great. They look even better in their packaging. It really presents them well. The only possible issue is that they are soy candles. not parafin. Soy is softer and doesn't age as well. These are candles that you burn. They are not candles that you put away for an emergency. Because they're soy.

The candles are made of non-toxic soy wax and have a cotton wick, making them safe to use. When I burned one for about thirty minutes, it burned evenly with no runoff, without leaving a mess on the holder or table. They recommend using an extinguisher instead of blowing it out, and doing so gave the wick a neat curl without any debris. The scent was a mixed bag. On one hand, some scents were barely noticeable unless you had your nose right up to the candle. On the other hand, some scents were quite strong, almost like perfume, and not everyone in the house was a fan. One thing to note is that these candles require a bit of tweaking to fit snugly into holders. You may need to slightly burn the opposite end or use aftermarket inserts to get them to stay put.

Overall, these candles are high quality and perform well. Whether you use them for decoration or gifting, they’re a solid choice. Just be mindful of the scent options and how strong they might be. For a dripless, well-burning candle, these are worth the price.
