Ordorless Mineral Spirit

Klean Strip Odorless Mineral Spirits are a more versatile all-around cleaner. It has lower VOC content means its odor is less potent (or nonexistent in the case of odor-free mineral spirits). This is a very powerful degreasing agent used heavily in automobile and machinery part cleaning.

The spirit helps to eat away oil and chemical grease and also helps to wash away grime and dirt on metallic objects. This solvent can help to erase paint mistakes, clean paintbrushes, and leave furniture looking polished and new. Even dried paint, which accumulates on metal and thickens, can be dissolved and then washed off, on applying mineral spirits.

This helps preserve the look and quality of the object, as opposed to scratching off the paint. Because mineral spirits are classified as an irritant to the skin, it’s important to wear gloves when applying them to wood and other surfaces. If there is a risk of splashing, you’ll want to wear safety glasses or goggles to protect your eyes.

    I will try to clean drips following directions on can and update this review so a more definitive comparison can be made. Are there various strengths of mineral spirits?? I always thought they cleaned up ALL types of paint, so I don’t know if it’s the product’s lack of quality/strength, or that any type wouldn’t work.
