    Came in a plastic bubble mailer and should have come in a box - the tray arrived with two sides bent and I was not able to bend them back into place. I really liked the tray and thought it was great quality for the price but I did not reorder because I was afraid the same thing would happen again. The seller refunded me and did not ask me to send the tray back so they definitely made things right.

    The media could not be loaded.
    This tray is terribly made with wires exposed and sticking out all over, and one side is bent out. Apparently I can't return using the normal Amazon return process and this has to be mailed back to the seller in China. Update- They offered me a refund of $8 and I don’t have to return the item. I refused the offer. I paid $30 and the tray is defective. Beware of this seller..
    Final Update- they offered me $8, then $16 and then $25. I finally agreed to the $25 so I could be down ne with them. Do not buy from them.
