This wasn’t promoted as a toddler size, but it worked well for a 3 year-old Halloween costume. It was lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all evening. My daughter also loved the wand. We didn’t use the glitter so I can’t speak to that. Overall I would recommend this set, especially for the price.
