I bought these as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves them! Here are her thoughts.
Pros:
- Great value and quality for the selling price.
- The case is really well made and there's a little pocket for additional storage offering additional value. It also folds up well making it compact and mobile.
- Comes with sample pages to test colors and a swatch page for easy categorizing of colors.
- The pens feel decently made and comfortable to hold due to the rubber grip. The caps snap on really nicely to the top and bottom of the pens.
- The colors are very vibrant and saturated colors with extremely noticeable glitter.
- While some colors are similar no two colors are exactly the same on paper.
- They write very smoothly and they don't feel scratchy at all on the paper.
- The pens are all clearly labeled with not only their name but with a unique number.
- Each pen comes with a full refill effectively doubling the amount of usage.
Cons:
- Some colors have less range than others, namely the lack of reds compared to blues and yellows.
- Some colors have the exact same names despite being different colors. For example, violet blue G-36 and violet blue G-38, though because of their unique numbers you can still differentiate between them.
- Not all of the colors match the caps or grips of their pens.
Notes:
Included are pictures of the swatch page. They don't do the colors complete justice but she tried to include images with and without flash for a better idea of how they look. It's also worth nothing that if you use the pens in low light it's hard to see their true color, but adequate lighting showcases their true color and variance between their colors well.
We both think these are absolutely fantastic and if they are within your budget you should definitely pick them up!
