Did a lot of research on vacuums before buying the v15. Overall - really loving it. A few things to note:
Pros:
-Fluffy Lazer head works insanely well on hardwoods and illuminates dust that is naked to the visible eye. It's honestly crazy how much it shows.
-Light weight and easy to use. Holding down the trigger to vacuum doesn't bother me. I know some others dont prefer that but I personally don't mind.
-Suction is insane and as I expected for a Dyson.
-Looks good.
-Was easy to mount on the wall using the provided hardware.
Cons:
-This vacuum struggles on rugs. I tried every direction and it won't get it done. The head gets stuck and stops. I only have 3 small rugs so not a big deal for me but something I wanted to call out for others.
-Battery life. The battery is perfectly sufficient for my needs so I'm giving it 5 stars, but I likely couldn't clean my entire home in one charge. It does great on hardwoods and shows a 60 minute runtime on the screen. For carpets, it's also very effective (like I said, the suction is insane), but it drains more power on carpets and shows ~20 minutes of runtime. My house is 2,300 sqft and I don't think I could get all of the house in one go. It pulls up more dust and debris than my old corded shark and is overall better at cleaning. However, If you need this to get through a large house in one deep cleaning session, you may want to buy another battery or a different product. The batteries are detachable and easy to swap. I don't know the cost of a battery but just something to consider.
Overall - super happy with it and it suits my needs as someone who cleans multiple times a week and can breakup cleaning sessions if I run out of juice.

Great until it breaks..
Dyson’s engineering is, without doubt, top-tier in the industry. THAT aspect alone is what I have used in the past to justify the cost of their products.Having said that.. even top-tier engineering for ANY consumer-based products are designed with a certain level of “acceptable risks of failure” in mind. IF/WHEN that consumer product experiences a failure, measures should be put in place, well in advance, to support the customers who do experience the failure to keep them a happy customer.Dyson: “Attach a 3-year warranty. This will ensure our customers feel confident in spending thousands of dollars on a dirt-sucking machine.”Me: “Sold! Worst-case scenario, something breaks, call up this multi-million dollar company, they do whatever it takes to keep a happy customer.”Dyson: “Hahaha… noooo, you’ve misunderstood everything. See, our “customer service” staff are more like… legal magicians, hired to make you BELIEVE that your satisfaction is our number one priority.”Bottom line… Dyson makes a great product that TYPICALLY will last. But if you DO have to use the warranty, you can expect a similar experience as I have. I had the little red clip on the Submarine mop attachment break under very light use after 6 months. Called up Dyson, submitted the claim to have the part replaced/repaired/exchanged/whatever.. Wait 4 weeks, called them back to learn the part is on back order. Was advised to call back in another 4 weeks if I haven’t received it. After the additional 4 weeks passed, I called Dyson back after not receiving the part. They ATTEMPTED to suggest I wait another 4 weeks to the part to become available. When I expressed that wasn’t working for me anymore, they said they could do an exchange. I needed to pack up EVERYTHING that was originally purchased (Vacuum/charging cord/all 8 accessories), send it back to them, and wait for them to receive it, and then send me the replacement… A single, small plastic clip breaks.. and it is apparently more economically feasible for Dyson to replace the entire original purchase AND potentially push lifetime customers to their competitors than to stock extra accessories to be used for warranty claims only.After succumbing to being without a vacuum cleaner for a week (or longer), it took an additional 5 separate calls to Dyson JUST TO GET A CORRECT UPS PREPAID SHIPMENT REFERENCE MUMBER for UPS to process the shipment.In total, I’ve easily invested 12 hours of my life that I’ll never get back because a single red clip broke and Dyson spent every penny they have on engineering.

Fonctionne à merveille. J’avais déjà une v10 animal. La différence est que le balais principal de la v10 est celui pour les carpet de la v15s . Il est plus puissant, parfait pour les carpet mais pas pour un sol lisse. Donc j’utilise maintenant le balais avec lumière verte pour le plancher lisse et c’est complètement un « game changer » ! Ça aide vraiment à ne pas tourner les coins rond et bien passé partout . J’adore ! Pour ce qui est de la tête submarin, c’est très bien, elle utilise à peine d’eau et elle laisse un plancher propre sans être trop mouiller ensuite.
