When Primal Kitchen took their vegan mayo off the market a while back, it broke my heart. I was so happy to have a mayo I could eat without reacting to, that I new was made of healthy ingredients. But, it was worth it! This new version of their mayo is significantly better! My family has even decided to trade in their egg mayo for mine, they like it so much! Definitely give this one a try!

This mayonnaise is not only one of the most delicious I've ever eaten, it's good for you at the same time! What better fat than avocado is there. I use it as a spread but almost add it to other ingredients to make sauces such as a lemon garlic sauce I put on fish and a creamy Italian salad dressing. So delicious!

I’m new to veganism. I was pleasantly surprised how much this tasted like real mayo! It’s more of a liquid consistency than a jello like consistency which makes it difficult to use.

For vegans it is the only mayo that can even compare. It may be expensive but it is totally worth every penny!

Giving up eggs after finding out I was sensitive to them was really hard for me - as i love to cook and bake and eggs are magical in their culinary capacity. Given that Primal Kitchen is such a reliable brand, I immediately gave them a try. And, the best I can say is that it was disappointing.

It is very obvious that this mayo is based on potato - mayo acts as both moistener and moisture barrier in a sandwich, and this doesn't do either. It was more like adding humus to my sandwich than mayo.

I never tried to make dip or dressing with this, and so the blending power rating can't be given.

I tried other brands (Sir Kensington's makes a good one) and found much more satisfaction there. If this is all you can get in your area, maybe give it a try. I threw mine out when I found better alternatives.

Not sure why I didn’t know this needed to be refrigerated hence the 3 stars I didn’t get to use it when I did try to it was all coagulated inside I believe it’s tofu so I will make a follow up after I get a new one today!

Not creamy at all. I'd hardly even compare it to mayo. If it was actually a healthy alternative it might have been worth it but they are all just oil anyways so don't let the packaging trick you into thinking it is healthy.

I used this once and went to use it again the very next day after purchase and it went bad overnight somehow. It was kept refrigerated and the date was still months out but smelled incredibly sour and off. Really wish I had just bought Veganaise...
