This is the best purchase I have made in regards of espresso machine. I always been a big fan of Nespresso and Breville and when I heard Breville make the top of the line Nespresso machine I jumped on it. Yes it is pricey but soooo convenient. This machine makes your coffee and froth your milk all together without having to go back to the machine and push a button or using and other devise. It uses original capsules which are easier to found then the Vertuo capsules. This machine is for the espresso, cappuccino, lungo and latte lovers. It offers so many different coffee but do not offer the mug size like the Vertuo one. I am in love with the machine and I do not regret buying it.Marie-France FearnBest compact espresso machine!

Machine was in rough shape

This was a Christmas gift. Showed up and the manufacturer box was damaged, the outside(shipping) box was in good shape. The contents were also damaged. There were 3 dents in the machine itself and some scratches. Some of the samples were broken open.
