    Update: it’s been a month now and I still love this light. I was never a big reader but wanted to try to start reading since I struggle with sleeping and this light is still amazing. I love that I can move the light very easily to shine on the book depending on what position I’m laying in bed and my fiance still hasn’t complained that the light bothers him at night. I just got this reading light delivered today and couldn’t wait to use it. Putting it together was a little odd, I’m not sure if it was just mine or others but the way they wanted me to insert the batteries was not the common or correct way to use batteries but I thought they must of made it that way for a reason and did as I was told. As no surprise to me, the remote didn’t work so if they ask you to put your batteries in backwards just do it the normal way and you shouldn’t have an issue. As far as everything else, using the light is extremely easy. I have a shelf headboard so I attached it there and plugged it into the outlet. The light has different brightness and color options depending on what works best for your eyes as well as an hour timer. I honestly have no complaints about this light so far, first night using it I used the softer yellow light to help me wind down and ended up reading for 3 hours. The nice thing about this light is how light weight and easily transportable it is. I do homework in my living room sometimes where it’s a little darker than my office and I’ll definitely be purchasing one of these for the living room but moving this from room to room in the meantime. Definitely would recommend to nighttime readers! I attached a photo to show how bright it was from a foot and a half away from my book with no flash on the lowest setting

      What I find good is the fact that there are so many different modes. There are two sizes to the width of this light so keep that in mind when ordering.
