Convenient and easy to customize!
I’ve probably been a teeth grinder or biter in my sleep for many years, but just recently have been having a lot of pain when waking up due to my grinding and having newer fillings put in. My dentist wanted me to but their $150+ mouthgard, but it was not in budget. I’ve been searching for mouth guards on here and was debating between the disposable non-custom ones and this type. So far, I’m glad I bought this one. It took less than 10 minutes to get it all ready to go from boiling the water to the right temp and then shaping it. I really love that they come with 2 different sizes cause although I’m grown, I have a super small mouth (even taking X-rays is hard for my dentist). The smaller one fit well and even better with some trimming which is recommended in the instructions to get a more personalized fit. I will update on the quality after a month of use. It seems thick enough to not have any issues.
