I really like this short sleeve denim shirt. It appears to be well made, and the denim is a good midweight fabric, not too heavy and bulky, but not too thin and cheap. I like the dark color and plan to wear it with a lighter shade blue jeans and maybe jean shorts. The button holes are pretty stiff when unbuttoning, but I plan to wear it open jacket style over a shirt underneath anyways. It's an oversized style, so I'd say it's true to size in that way. I usually wear a small, and this oversized small fits appropriately, in a flattering oversized way, not too big. For reference, I'm 5'2" and 125 lbs, with bust size 34A and this fits comfortably across the back, not too tight or up in my armpits. I think for the weight, quality, and fit, it's worth the current price point in the just under $30 range (currently priced $27.99). Won't find it cheaper in a name brand anywhere, and name brands aren't always even quality clothing anyways these days.

I like the boxy and loose look of this shirt. The open pockets in the front are a nice functional detail. There are notches on the side, so this can be worn as a top or jacket/ top layer. The material has a black denim look but is made of viscose and polyester. So, it's not too heavy and has a little give to it. The shirt is boxy and oversized, so size S fits loose on me (5'5", 135 lbs), and I'd suggest going with your size.

My wife just loves how soft and comfortable this denim shirt feels to her. Along with being very trendy with two front pockets and large silver buttons, it makes the statement of casual at its best. The fit was exact and did not appear to be oversized. The stitching is nice and tight as a quality denim shirt should be. We washed in cold water as the instructions indicated, and did not see any color bleed into the wash water. This is good as we chose the black color and did not want it to see it fade. This shirt appears to be very durable and long lasting.
