    I can never get my rice to come out on a consistent basis. I purchased this rice cooker because I’m usually eating some form of rice weekly. On my own it’s either too hard, too soft, mushy or just inedible.

    Problem solved. This rice cooker has solved my rice cooking needs. It is now a countertop staple. It’s great quality. Holds enough rice to complete our meals or just to make fried rice the next day. Using this cooker my rice doesn’t burn. It smells delicious and I’m able to cook it in a variety of ways. I’ve used broths, added herbs, added proteins and it has all come out fantastic. No on to creating bowls.

    I like being able to set everything up and come back to the expectations I had setup. I see this as a utility I will use a great deal in the future and can’t wait to cook more for my family.

    Personally, I love this rice cooker! I had a more fancy one, then I sadly dropped it and it broke. I was on a budget, so I got this one to replace it. If you know the right things to do, your rice will come out delicious! Just like any other rice cooker for the most part.

    Pros:
    It is big and holds a lot of rice! I cook for a lot of people quite often, so I really needed a big one. The rice for me comes out nice and fluffy. I add a little extra water, salt, and butter to my rice and it is great. Does everything it needs to do. The bowl comes out which is great to wash my rice and store any leftover rice. The price is so good considering it works as it should!

    Cons:
    The click for when it is done is very low and hard to hear. It doesn't beep, the switch just goes up and that's all you might hear. It is so easy to miss. That is truly the biggest down fall for this reason.... if you leave the rice on warm after the click it will start to brown on the bottom and overcook the rice. So, you have to keep an eye on it and unplug it and/or take the bowl out so it does not overcook. I check on my food often, so it is fine for me. But that can be a huge dealbreaker for many.
    The measurements that give you are not exact. I am truly not sure why. But I use my own measuring tools and it is a super easy fix.

    Las instrucciones son algo ambiguas, pero aquí el truco:
    Darle el tiempo de cocción indicado en la tabla de medidas-tiempo, y dejarlo tapado otros 15 min con el botón de cocción apagado (solo en modo calentar).

    This has been wonderful. It works great for the price. I don't leave it on "warm" for too long, as the bottom of the rice will brown quickly. I like to add a little more water than usual when making rice in this cooker. Assume it will be a bit dryer than usual, and don't wait too long before checking in it after the "cook" timer finishes. Once I hear the button pop, I fluff my rice and add some butter or coconut oil and dish it out. This is overall an EXTREMELY handy appliance and makes cooking rice a breeze. We use this often. For the price, this thing has been awesome and we'll loved.
