    I’m currently making my Gear 5 Luffy cosplay for Dream Con and envisioned the whole look. I know of the Dritz brand after working for Michael’s for a couple years so I had high expectations. The blue doesn’t show up AT ALL on white fabric and since the pencil is rugged, I can’t use a heavy hand because I’m afraid it’ll rip my bra.

      These things are awful. You can barely see the marks even if you mark the same spot several times. I bought them to use to mark fabric notches and found that I had to look really closely to find the marks. Even using the white pencil on dark fabric doesn’t show well. I thee them away. I don’t need useless tools in my sewing area.

      I bought these pencils as marking tools for sashiko stitching. They apply in a way that is almost so light as to be impossible to see. They break constantly when sharpened, and I haven't had any success getting the blue pencil washed out of white cloth. Two stars are only because they literally create lines on fabric if you are desperate. Frustrating.
