I have ordered something like 20 tennis skirts this month to find ones that fit me right, and this one does! But everyone is different and has different body issues so I think you just have to try a bunch until you find one that works for you. I am 5’5” and probably around 140, and I am wearing the large. I cannot stand having any pressure on my stomach and I like to let skirts fit a little below my natural waist, so I’m always going to size up a little. This one is short and the fabric is thin, and those are good qualities in a tennis skirt for me—the big pleated ones make me look big in the hips and if I’m wearing a tennis skirt in the heat I don’t want heavy layers. This is almost bathing suit fabric it’s so light, so it’ll be perfect for warm weather wear. This hits me at a flattering spot on my legs and the undershorts are comfy—again, I can’t stand anything tight so I like shorts that are fitted but not constricting. I only bought dark colors (navy, red, and black), so I can’t comment on whether the lights might be see-thru, which is always an issue with tennis whites. I bought three when they were on sale and I’d love to order more, but might wait for another sale. Definitely a good fit for my figure.

    For me, I appreciate reviews from real users. Here is my review:
    I like the length and color, however...I wanted the fabric to be more like the Lulu Align skirt and this was very thin. I tried it on and I could see the lines to my underwear and I didn't like how you could see the lumps from when you tuck in a shirt. The shorts under the skirt part was also very loose. There isn't any rubber numbs to keep it from riding up on the thighs. I just didn't find it very flattering. It was on sale for $13.99 and I purchased in Red size medium and Green in size small and the issue was the same for both. The closet dupe to the Lulu Align skirt I have found is the colorfulkoala skirt and they didn't have it in the Red or Green I was looking for. I guess if you don't have any body fat this might work for you. That is why I returned both the red and green skirts for a refund. If the material was different, a little more compressing like the Align skirt I would have given more stars and not returned.

I tried it on and took these photos straight out of the bag, and I imagine that if washed and hanged to dry the material would not wrinkle.

    Overall I am happy for the price but would size down if buying again.

    Love this skort. Fits true to size. I should have gotten the large instead of the XL. It fits but a bit big. I read some reviews saying it fit a bit small but for me it's true to size and the large would have fit great. I do find the shorts that are underneath a bit long you can see them longer then the length of the skirt but I just pulled them up more and if it bothers me then I'll just cut some length off the shorts no big deal.
