No! DS-01 is stable at room temperature for 18 months post-manufacture. In fact, probiotics that can't survive at room temperature may have weak stability, low organism count, or subpar formulas.
What happens if I miss a dose of DS-01 Daily Synbiotic? Or a few doses?

Missing a day or two won’t hurt, but daily intake is advised for optimal results. If it’s been more than one week since your last DS-01 dose, we recommend beginning again with one capsule.

I've used so many other probiotics and it's been a drop in the sea with no noticable results. This immediately has helped me. I notice my digestion is a lot better. I use it in tandem with vitamin D3 and k2 because I am deficient in those. I only take one a day to save money. I'm not going to take 50$ worth of vitamins a month. Taking half each month makes me feel better about the price. Even with just one a day the results are noticable and I don't see a reason I'd need 2. For reference I am 115 pounds.

Side effects when I go to the bathroom I have to urinate a ton so I know it’s taking the water weight out to keep the bloating from happening. I don’t get that I’m pregnant full feeling and my pants are too tight after I eat anymore. I’ve already bought it twice, and I will be buying it again.

I used this product daily for four months. At first, it seemed like a dream come true—as I suffer from multiple medical conditions that unfortunately affect my digestion and I was loosing weight but not purposely due to discomfort in my stomach. Unfortunately, the effectiveness seemed to wear off with time. By the last month, I was back to feeling the way i did when I started and couldn't really see the point in spending the money on a product that had lost its effectiveness. I still give it three stars, as I could see how someone without my level of medical issues may be greatly helped by this product but, if you're like me and have underlying conditions, this feels like an expensive product that won't solve your issues long term.

This product you did absolutely nothing for me and I thought this was satisfaction guaranteed and after a week or a week and a half I tried to return the product and was denied. My fiber capsules from Walmart for five dollars a bottle work better than this

I must say that after this review seed contacted me and they are refunding me. I have no doubt it is a good product. It just did not work for me and Amazon would not take it back. I changed my rating from a one to four for this reason.
