    I know it says “disposable” but is it possible to wear more than once?

    Yes. I hung them to dry complete the rolled them in a ball for next time. Made from 0.035 thick PE plastic it is the most durable disposable rain poncho that you can find.

    Does the hood have a drawstring?

    Yes tansparent style of adult is included drawstring,and the children's and coloured styles are not included.

    We reused each poncho at least 3 times. Quality is as good as their claims. Kids poncho is one size fits all kids. Kids were amused and entertained in these. Everytime they use an umbrella, they will be soaking wet after a 15 minutes walk. They wore these for about an hour and still didn't get wet from a medium rain.
