I absolutely am sold on these towels after our trip to the beach!
I was looking for a towel that didnt take up too much space in my suitcase and didnt have to be washed everyday while on vacation. I was skeptical at first and just bought a pink one. After trying it out at the pool I bought a yellow one too!
They are lightweight and dry quickly outside after using. My favorite part was that the sand did not stick to the towel. They are somewhat thin and feel a little like suede. They absorb the water just as well as a terry cloth towel.
They would be great for lying on them on a pool lounge chair too!
Will be buying more in all the fun colors!!

Das Cabana Strandtuch von Dock and Bay ist in seinem gestreiften Design ziemlich schick, aber ich hatte echt Bedenken bezüglich Schmutz - am Strand sicher kein Problem, aber daheim am Badesee mit Erde und Gras schaut das schon anders aus.
Heute hat es mich dann erwischt, Wiese frisch gemäht und nass. Ich war mir ziemlich sicher dass ich das nie mehr sauber bekomme (siehe Fotos, jeweils vorne und hinten - vorher und nachher). Es wurde aber tatsächlich wieder komplett sauber und das bei gerade mal 20 Grad!
Damit hat es für mich den absoluten Härtetest bestanden.
Es ist super schick, groß, weich, saugt gut und trocknet schnell und pflegeleicht ist es auch noch.
Ich bin super happy und würde kein anderes Strandtuch wollen!

CONS
1) Needs IRONING - why is no one talking about this?! When traveling the last thing I want to do is iron, especially a towel that gets thrown around.
2) Do NOT use it to dry myself, does NOT feel nice. Can use it to dry yourself but feels more like a bed sheet. Used solely as a beach blanket & not to dry myself.
3) Does not dry as quickly as I had hoped, I was hoping it would dry faster.
