This was a real treat - and expense - for me. I have been using it for a few weeks. The first negative is the standard spout puts out a bit too much water in MHO. I know I could go with the finer "oval rose", but thought perhaps that should be the "standard" without comparing it to the one I received. However, just the other day I noticed first that the oval rose has been soldered on poorly, making it crooked. It has not been bent in anyway and you can clearly see from the photos that it is definitely crooked. For the small mortgage I took out for this and English workmanship, I would have to say I was significantly disappointed in the workmanship and quality control. This should have easily been picked up and rejected even by a novice QA person. It's almost the company had so many of them, they thought it better and cheaper to scrap them. I probably should report this to Haws USA in hopes they would rectify this, not worth returning, just replacein.
