The draw string works so you can cinch it to fit your waist and it helps make it more form fitting. The length is perfect for modesty, but still allows air flow for hot summer days. The shoulders are thick enough to cover bra straps. I've worn it twice since I got it because it's so comfortable! Washed up very well without wrinkling or shrinking.

    I have this dress in 3 colors. It's comfortable, flattering and the fabric is good quality. All three of mine have survived many wash cycles. I wish the neckline were different but I'll take it: the length is perfect. I'm 5'8 175, very athletic build (size M fits perfectly and is loose) and it's sufficiently flattering. If it came in more colors I liked, I'd buy more. I own 3 other dresses and their high neck tanks and they are perfect for work. Highly recommend many of their clothes.
