The video shows you step by step how to do it as well as pdf guides on common stitches. There is also some variation in how you want to make yours so each one can be a little different.Cons:There were times the video and instructions were a little different to understand but with a quick Google search you can figure it out. If this was a bit more clear it would've taken less time to make it but overall not enough of a reason to make me not recommend it.Highly recommend for a fun activity. It took me maybe a day or two overall to complete it. It ended up being bigger than the pictured size.

This is a really great beginner’s kit for making these cute animal toys! For the price, it is definitely superior to some other kits I’ve tried! The video instructions are delivered in clear English with easy guidance! (I had another beginner’s kit from a different company that was so difficult because the yarn was too skinny and it frayed easily and the video instructions were too hard to understand - the instructor had a strong accent which didn’t help.)

I was really impressed with the Cookie Box Crochet Kits! Everything you need is in the little “cookie tin,” and the materials are of good quality! I ended up making three of the critters! I will admit that assembling them was a little tedious, but the young woman who instructs you on the video guide is with you step-by-step. My little animals didn’t look quite as perfect as hers, but they’re still cute and I know my granddaughter will like them! All in all - a great value and I’ll order more in future!
