These are some rather surprisingly good noodles

I was a little hesitant at first, as I had never heard of durum wheat before, but the price was more than worth giving them a try. I just got them in today and immediately boiled up a bag. No other ingredients added. I ate just the noodles plain. They were actually pretty good. They tasted very similar to other noodles, which isn't surprising as most noodles are wheat based. What was surprising is how close these were to tasting like egg noodles, which for me is a huge bonus. An added bonus is the 7 oz bag sizes, which suggest 2 or 3 servings, is a perfect serving size for a single adult as a main meal. Just add some cheese sauce and you're good to go. Super cheap, super tasty.
I'm immediately placing another, much larger order.
