This airplane footrest is so good! I'm prone to swollen feet and ankles when I fly and this helps immensely. It also makes sitting in the sardine can sized airline seats WAY more comfortable. NOTE: Be a good neighbour and place your weight slowly and gently onto the foot rest so you don't jerk the seat in front of you. This is what I do and the person in front of me had no idea I had anything hooked up to the seat. Used on 4 long haul flights now and I won't get on a plane without it!

Flying is horribly cramped so this helps! It gives another position to you and helps any swelling. I often get knee pain from the pressure in the cabin and this does ease it somewhat. Only thing is the tray table must be down to use and can take a lot of adjusting to get comfortable but I won’t fly without it!
