This food processor saves me hours of prep time each week. It’s easy to use, and the included attachments are exactly what I need to make massive batch meals.
Caution to new users: The slicer blade is sharp. Scary sharp. So sharp that you won’t even realize it’s fully imbedded in your finger tips until it’s too late. Do not pick up the slicer blade in ANY way that your fingers could possibly slip and make contact with the cutting surface.
The chopper blade makes very short work of cubed meats and vegetables. It’s not very sharp, but I don’t really think it needs to be.
The scraper is my favorite attachment. Prior to using it, I assumed it was a gimmick. It’s the real deal. That thing scrapes the sides of the bowl so you don’t have to stop the processor and do it yourself.
It’s a higher capacity food processor, so you can make big batch meals with ease. If you’re on the fence about what size to get, always go a size bigger. You don’t have to fill the container all the way up if you’re making something small, but it’s really hard to split a large batch up into smaller ones.
It purées and blends really well, so the flavors mix perfectly.
The build quality is excellent. It’s worth the purchase.
The ONLY negative I could think of is that this thing is SUPER loud.
