    THE DROP OSLO ONE BAND SANDALS  are much better quality than I was expecting. These simple sandals are attractive and seem to be very well-made. They look like they're made to last. They are also quite comfortable to wear.
     
    The only thing I didn't really like about them was the shape of the footpad with the squared off back to it. You really don't notice it too much when you're wearing them, but there's little decorative nails surrounding the footpad at the heel end of the sandal, which is the only metal visible anywhere on these sandals. I'm sure this is meant to be a decorative touch, as is the decidedly un-foot-shaped foot pad of the sandals. I think the nail detail is supposed to look edgy, but to me, it makes it look like when it comes to walking over a bed of nails, you're a regular. Yeah, that's a bit too edgy for me.
     
    Overall, I like the sandals, though I must have overlooked the squared-off back and the nail detail in the pictures on the product page.  But as I said, when you're wearing them, those decorative details are not that easy to see.
     
    These fit well and are comfortable. I can see myself wearing them with socks. That's one way to make it obvious to everyone: “You’re not edgy at all."  Even if you could walk over hot coals or a bed of nails without a blister or puncture wound, socks+sandals=Not Edgy, always! But very very cozy.

    These sandals are great. Like most items I have purchased from The Drop, they are nice quality. I like the color, and they feel good. They are not the most comfortable, supportive shoes I own, but I don’t expect that from this style. For what they are, they feel good and look nice.
