I got this in the royal blue color which is very pretty. I love how this flows and is super comfortable. I think I will be reaching for it all summer long. I am fairly petite and it didn't overpower my frame. I am 5'4" and it comes just to the ankle on me, or slightly above. I like the length. I have washed x2 on cold and lay flat and it did well.

Nice Maxi with Pockets
This is a nice maxi dress. It does kind of run a little big, so size down rather than up. It is loose, flowy, and tiered. The pockets are a little lower than in most dresses, but they are a decent size. It is high necked and runs down to the ankles. The fabric is comfortable on the skin, and it has a nice stretch. But it does pouch a little at the underarms. Other than that, it is cut pretty well. It is mostly polyester, but does not have that shiny look some polyester dresses have, and looks more like a cotton blend would. This dress comes compressed, and I always deduct a star for items that really have no need to ship compressed, but do so anyway. This just means they come out of the package a wrinkled mess, and not as soft as they should be. This dress is fairly thin, and compressing hardly made it any thinner. It just made it harder to open the package and in need of tossing in a dryer before wearing. I intensely dislike thin items that arrive compressed and double bagged. This dress also has a tag at the back that is kind of scratchy, but easy to cut out. It ran about $32 at the time of this review, which is a couple of dollars high for a dress made of a polyester/spandex blend, but not outrageous. It says to air dry it, but it seemed to suffer no damage when I threw it in a low dryer to get the wrinkles out. I tried to shoot photos from all angles. Please excuse the way the camera distorted my arms. It shot the dress accurately, but made my arms look like they belonged to a preying mantis. The second shot shows a mirror image of the backside. I am 5 feet 4.5 inches, for reference to approximate the length. I usually wear a small or XS in dresses and am thin figured. This is a comfortable, good looking dress. I like the length and the feel, as well as the fact it has pockets. I am happy I got this, and I do recommend this maxi.
