Changes in Product
My family has used this product over the last 3 or so years (maybe longer). In the beginning, we ordered straight from Beekeepers. But over the last year, we have ordered from their shop here on Amazon. This last order I received something a little different, I took off its safety plastic and started to use it right away and noticed it tasted slightly different, almost sweeter. Then I opened the bottle and noticed that it was clear. In all of our years using this, the liquid has been brown. I then noticed subtle changes to the packaging. They have added "Formulated with Doctor" as well as changes to the location for the lot number and exp. date. The 'other ingredients section' now included "Wildflower Honey" on the new bottle, where it once was not included. We stopped using it and hope to contact the company about their changes. I have included images of our "new bottle" (it's on the left) and our older bottles (on the right). I just noticed the changes and want to check with the manufacturer about it.

I had ordered the Kids Throat Spray back in August 2024 after we had lots of sickness. It was such a huge help! I began using it daily since, and haven’t been sick once. As I was running out, I ordered more mid-March 2025. The initial order definitely gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!

I don’t know what happened, but this batch tasted different, which I’ve seen from numerous other reviews that the recent orders all have a nasty taste. I thought I was making it up when I tasted it, and ignored it for a few days. Finally I couldn’t handle it, looked and saw many complained of the smell and color. I checked, and it was rancid smelling, and the colors are night and day. The taste are night and day difference, and so is the smell. The normal one smells sweet, tastes good, and is a dark thicker honey. The newer one smelled awful, more liquidy and clear.
Very thankful I reached out and although I can’t return it, they’re going to refund me the money! So thankful for that. I would’ve give it less stars, but because they quickly refunded me, I’m willing to try it again! I plan to order the Adult throat spray and try that one. Hopefully it won’t be a bad batch, or else I’ll have to find a new throat spray for sore throats.

I do like that it's all-natural, which is why I gave it a shot in the first place. And sure, it gives some brief, minor relief—like really brief. But that’s kind of where the magic stops. Maybe it works wonders for some people, but I guess I'm just not one of them lucky peeps.
On the plus side, the bottle looks pretty slick.
Update: After leaving my review, customer service reached out to me right away. They issued a refund, even though I had already used the product. Their response was fast, and they were super helpful—seriously great people to deal with. I haven't had this kind of customer service in a really long while and hence I'm changing my 3 star to a 5 star.
