    So I am a Samsung tv person…someone convinced me to spend the extra for this tv I have the Qled in the other room not sure if I really need all the features this tv has but it has a lot… you have to set up a Samsung account to get this tv to work which can be a pain in the butt still can’t get it right…put a super box on it plus all my paid subscriptions…it’s cool cause whatever movie you search for it tells you all the ways to play it…so it is cool in that sense…oh this tv comes with its own mount so no need to buy one it’s a big silver square like a regular picture hook kinda cool…getting the back to line up was a bit of a pain so it’s anchored on one side through the sheetrock and wood stud mounted on the other….definitely better to have someone install it for you

      Great tv. Very happy with this purchase. Instructions not that great but we have the internet, so that works. I did look some things up on line before mounting on the wall so I could get a good overview of how to do it. Suggest doing that before mounting, don’t rush it, take your time. I’m a grandma and I managed it. Color quality is great. Sound is good. Took some time to adjust to how the remote works, not because anything is wrong with it, it’s just new. Paired with Alexa and I can tell her to go to Netflix, etc., I like that. Art feature is fabulous. I bought/downloaded a few pics from Etsy and some of my photos. I did not buy/subscribe to Samsungs Art, I might in future. It’s a lot of fun to be able to change the art on the wall (tv) to fit my mood.
      Overall very happy with this purchase. It was worth the money.

      This is a great TV. I'm very happy with my purchase. The instructions were not great, but I got the info off of the internet. Color quality is awesome, and the sound is good. It paired with Alexa, which I love. Art feature is fabulous; I need to check it out a bit more.

      We ordered the 65” Samsung ‘The Frame’ television and it arrived with the Matt screen cracked from the top down, literally shattered.
      Rather than gambling on a replacement, we purchased one through a private retailer for the same price.
      The television is phenomenal, with great sound and clarity. We uploaded pictures from a favorite vacation spot to use in the “Art Form” mode.
      Our son owns a 55” Frame television and his was our inspiration for this. The damage aside, this is a fantastic television!
      It is easily programmed either through one’s Smart phone, or the smart remote.
      The mounting brackets are actually very straightforward and the 1-connect single cable allows for a very streamlined installation.
      I don’t believe anyone will be disappointed, providing it arrives intact.

      I bought this TV as I liked the idea of having art on the wall when off vs a large black box. Instead I now have a permanent error code on my wall.

      TV was not great for the first month, but at least it mostly worked. It had some issues where the screen would dramatically change brightness in the middle of viewing for no reason and some minor issues maintaining connection to my soundbar and sound/video timing mismatch. Then this error screen came up. Samsung support has been out now 3 times and have replaced all the boards and cable with no success in fixing the issue and have a 4th visit scheduled though even they say they are not sure what to try next.

      Looking online it seems several people are getting this type of error. Some after 2 months of use, some after 2 years. For others it seems sometimes replacing the One Connect Box or the One Connect cable fixes it, sometimes it doesn’t. What is clear to me now is the overall quality control on these TV’s is seriously lacking and I have gotten one of the ‘lemons’.

      I wish I had never bought this and had done more research into their quality before doing so. Now I just have an expensive piece of trash on my wall.

      I only want to use the Frame to display MY art, in a rotating, random fashion. So I am not reviewing any other aspect.

      It works. The picture quality seems really good. The matte screen has no reflections, and all my art is on there. But there are some issues:

      - Even though I only am displaying my art locally on the machine, taken from a USB drive inserted, you MUST create a Samsung account and connect to the Internet to get this to work!!! This is INSANE. However, once you have everything set up, you can go in the settings and turn OFF the Wi-Fi, so it will not keep connecting to the Internet (you can still use the phone app as a remote through bluetooth)

      - Every picture has a fake 'mat' on it. You can select from several or no mat. I want no mat! I want the picture to take up the whole 3840x2160 screen. There is no way to select all pictures and change it, you can only do it individually. For my 200 pictures that took a while. Yes, only need to do one time, but still a pain.

      - Picture is way to dark by default, but you can change the brightness in the phone app. Make sure not to cover the brightness sensor at the bottom.
      - Has 32GB of storage, so will store hundreds of 4k pictures. Just plug in a USB drive to transfer, that works easy (note 7680x4320 is the max resolution allowed to be imported). You can import from the app, but that only works on a phone, I could not get the Windows app to work.
      - It can now show your pictures randomly or in sequence. The random is fairly new and was a deal breaker for me for years. There are like 6 different time settings from 3 min on up.
      - The sensor to turn off when no one is around doesn't seem to work very well.

      Overall, has it's quirks for displaying your own artwork, but it works, and is the best thing out there (now that Memento is out of business)

      I am an enthusiastic photographer and have generated picture files from all over the world. The problem is how to display the results. Printing and mounting are expensive - and there is just so much wall space for displaying the prints. The solution? The Frame! Or at least I hoped. I did have to deal with a skeptical wife. I bought the 43" version. Set-up was easy. I prepared a "test group" of about 100 photos I had edited in Lightroom. They are now happily and beautifully being displayed in a slow-motion (by choice) slide show on my Frame. The results are fantastic. Just what I hoped. The Frame is a hit for sure. I am very very pleased - even my wife is pleased. Now we have to mount it on the wall. Next challenge. And maybe buy a second. Excellent product!!!

      The Brown Bezel easily attaches and provides a completed feel to the Frame TV. The brown bezel works with our aesthetic better than other colours available. The bezel is made of plastic that make it feel a bit cheap, but it does what it is meant to do. If you are DIYer you could probably make something a little more grand, but you'd have to figure in your time/effort plus ease of construction & attachment. The bezel currently attaches with what I assume are magnets embedded in the plastic construction.
      Overall I like the simplicity of the bezel as the picture itself that you have downloaded, is the attraction piece.
