We had an old blender that was on its last leg, around 20 years old, so we were looking for an upgrade with the same reliability. We did a lot of research and landed on vitamix, we chose this one due to the electronic display and the pre-loaded settings. Honestly, it’s so fast and so smooth that making smoothies is a breeze now. We did find that the preloaded smoothie setting can make the smoothies a little fluffier/airer than we’d like, so we do it manually and it comes out perfect every time. We’ve had no problems so far, no ice chips or chunks of anything. The capacity of the blender is a decent size, we can make around three tall glasses of smoothie per blend. Make sure you pay attention to the order in which you put in your ingredients, as that helps with the functionality a lot.

Powerful, Smart and Versatile
This Vitamix Blender is so powerful and I love that I can use it to make so many different meals and beverages.The blender has a powerful motor that can easily blend everything from smoothies to crush ice with no struggle. I like the preset programs and how user-friendly this blender is. I make smoothies everyday and I like that it has already a preset program for that. The blender is a bit loud but it is expected due to the powerful motor. I like the stainless steel finish, it looks super nice. Another great feature is the self-cleaning making cleanup a quick and easy process. Also this blender is equipped with smart technology where it automatically adjusts blending settings based on the container size so it recognizes the container size I am using and then the blender automatically adjusts its settings to optimize blending time and speed. It has safety features too that prevents the blender from operating if the lid or container isn’t properly secured.
