      I run a sand toy community project, so I buy a lot of sand toys. I bought the 13 and 18 piece sets. Overall, both are solid. The pieces are good size, age appropriate. The "backpack" is very lightweight and perfect for the beach. Any child that can walk would be able to put this on. And... it's low cost - lower than other options I've gotten. I would buy this again. I prefer the 13 piece set. The bucket in the 13 is bigger than the 18. There's a longish shovel in the 18 that I'm not sure will hold up if someone holds it on the end and digs deep.

      The little net bag it comes in is not very durable...

      I purchased a mesh laundry bag (also from Amazon) and put ALL of their sand toys in there. Now that's a huge help and it's so easy to "slosh" through the waves to rinse off before bringing an acre of sand home in the car.
