    These are great, a standard go-to for brining the Thanksgiving Turkey. Lots of folks claims you should just use a trash bag or industrial plastic bag, but those aren't food-safe and may leach into the turkey. This is food safe.

    I should have read more closely that it didn’t contain any mixture. It wasn’t until I opened the package and found out, that my bad.
    It’s going to go into my pantry as a just in case for the near future perhaps. I have a brining bucket I use so I don’t really need the bags, but I must say, they felt pretty thick, but then again, they’d have to be to hold a big turkey.
    Learn from this turkey, and don’t be in a rush! lol.
