Plus the hole at the neck is a decent size so you can establish a good root system.
I picked up the amber glass and just love the way that it looks. I pleases me greatly that color disguises the bit of water ring that forms as we wait for the roots to form. I like the metal arms as opposed to some that are plastic because I know that my plants and their containers are secure even when I'm a little careless.
The base is 3” wide X 4” deep with holes drilled through the acrylic going in both directions so should accommodate most window sills. I like the nearly-invisible nature of the acrylic stand because it allows light to pass and lets the plants and glass to get all of the attention. I really like the heart shaped glass.
I remove the little hard water film between starts by filling the glass with water, a little touch of dish soap and few drops of water softener to stand overnight and then brush clean using a chenille stick. The look brand new again. This would be a lovely gift for the plant lover in your life; a token of love with every glance.

These are so cute but omg do they need to come with instructions. When I first unboxed it I tried to install the arms for the heart glasses using a single bolt and they kept falling out and spinning. You have to put one bolt on before you install into the hole, and then a second bolt on the end of the rod. They give you 0 instructions so unless you do trial and error there's no way to know this. That frustration aside, these are so stunning. I ordered the gray (which has green in the pictures for some reason?) and I did indeed receive the gray, which is great!
The glass does feel a touch thin so I do think if I dropped them they would break, but I will be careful not to do so. If you have a cat.... maybe skip this one bestie. I can't wait to put this to good use!

I know many people use these for pothos plants but I decided to put some off brand lego flowers in mine. They are pretty small but I don’t mind. It was easy to put together and the stand is very sturdy. I also liked that the paper was not removed from the acrylic base to prevent potential scratching during transfer so when I unpacked it, everything was in great condition!!
