    After experiencing a sore neck, my wife suggested I try this heating pad/neck wrap. I charged it and got it working and had immediate relief. It is hot and stays hot where needed. I actually thought about wearing it outdoors to maintain the heat on my neck and shoulder. This is a great product for pain relief.

    Every time I want to use it I have to restart the battery. It will not come on. Have to unzip to access the battery, reset then zip back. Suppose to start by just pressing on outside button. Won't.
