I have used mine for at least two months now, and it still looks and works like new. I put it into a dishwasher, and it still holds the shape. One time I accidentally let it fall into the food disposal for a quick second, and it survived without a scratch! (it's literally just a second, so I'm not saying it's stronger than all-mighty food disposal, lol. But keep in mind how solid this is). It solves 99% of my daily wash needs, except for those really hard-to-come-off stains on the stainless steel pans, then I would use powders and a stainless steel scrubber.
Definitely get one with the holder, it's a perfect combo.

I love my Scrub Daddy Scrubber
