    The band size on 38DD runs a bit tight. It's doable for short time periods. but there is no leeway on the hooks-- you'll have to leave it on the widest one. If you're a true 38 band, and you plan to wear this all day, this will be uncomfortable. I recommend sizing up in the band.
    The cup size is perfect. The construction is perfect. There is a soft stretchy band under the lace, across the side and under the breast for lift and support. It's great.
